Shout out to 3 little micro businesses- you ROCK!

Seems like living through a global pandemic does have at least a little upside to it.... Puts the spotlight on some pretty rad talented niche business women. Here are 3 micro businesses that I've come across recently..... yeah I know, I know... way too much time for shopping online- but seriously, if you are looking for bespoke heirloom quality wedding jewellery, or gifts for your bride tribe, or unique, quirky wedding art you gotta check these ladies work.....

Amor Creative is the brain child of Nat from Amor Photography. Nat is a gifted wedding and newborn photographer, a very talented lady. Nat is also mum to a toddler who keeps her busy. Don't know where she gets time to come up with her amazing concepts.
Now, some of you may know how much I DON"T like getting my photo taken- so I've just commissioned this new head shot image from Nat for my website and business cards and I don't have to get in front of the lens- YAY!

If you are looking for handmade silver jewellery pieces, have a look at the unique work of Corvus Designs. Shannan works from home while riding herd on 4 teenage kids!!! Her pieces are unique, beautifully made and very reasonably priced.
​I even found my own Mother's Day pressie here ;) And I have lovely bespoke bangles coming for my two little grand daughters, made to just the right size :)

Carella Jewellers make beautiful original and unique pieces. Carolyn is a Custom Manufacturing Jeweller. She came to the rescue for me recently when I lost my wedding ring while sand boarding down a dune at Agnes Water-1770 (no pictures of that action- sorry, not sorry!) She made me a new wedder from the band of my eternity ring and then designed a new eternity ring setting for the 3 lovely little yellow sapphires hubby & I chose nearly 40 years ago. Check out her work-you'll love it!

It's been tough for all of us in small businesses, you can help by supporting the smallest of the small ....they are also some of the best!
